Father's Day is just around the corner, and, I don't know about you, but my dad is the hardest family member to gift for. Ever asked your dad what they wanted for a holiday or birthday and got this answer? "Oh, I'll like anything that you get me." Yeah? Me too. Don't worry, this gift guide has helped me in the past and will hopefully leave you with multiple ideas on what to gift your dad this Father's Day.

1. Give Practically
My dad loves practical and useful gifts. He often neglects to buy himself things he needs; instead waiting for holidays to receive nicer dress shirts, expensive cologne, brand-name socks and shoes, new sports gear, or the best shaving kit. Sometimes the simple gifts are the best gifts.
Not a sports gear expert? Don't want to go through every variation of sweat-wick, to find the best choice? Club Encourage Gifts is a great way to give practical, curated gifts while avoiding choice overload!
2. Make It Homemade & Personalized
If I've learned anything, it's that handmade and personalized gifts tailored to my dad's interests typically hold the most value. My dad loves radio, old TV shows, board games, coffee, frisbee, and tennis (among other things). He also likes to carry A LOT of things on his person. His favorite and most used gift to date is a small, monogrammed, leather case with his name on it. Club Encourage offers custom engraving for leather, wood, and acrylic items; and it's a great way to gift your dad something unique.

3. Take Some Time
One of my dad's top love language's is quality time. Giving gifts that allow me and my dad to spend time together (doing an activity he enjoys) always hit the mark. Whether it's a coffee date, outdoor adventure, or book discussion, activity-based gifts go a long way.

4. Add A Nostalgic Twist
In listening to snippets of my dad's childhood stories, gift ideas abound. Maybe it was a memory of a trip out to California in his family's Station Wagon, or a flashback of his dad drinking pop with shelled peanuts-- I love giving my dad something that relates to a good memory.
Club Encourage offers gift boxes themed to specific locations, gifts with niche food items, and can help curate the perfect nostalgia-themed gift for your dad!
