Our Custom Gift Process is Easy!

Step 1

Email us at info@clubencourage.com. Please share the following...

1. Tell us as much as you can about the gift recipients’ family, occupation, favorites, hobbies, and anything you have seen him / her enjoy when you were together.

2. What is your Budget?

We recommend a budget of $100 or more. For small client gifts we can often do $50-$75.

3. Date Gift Needs to be Received By

4. What is your best contact number? We will give you a call to discuss your request.

Step 2

After we receive your response, we will contact you to discuss the details of your gift and ask additional questions.

Step 3

Design Time:

Based off the information we gathered, we will make a gift
that we think you might like and send you some photos. Once we receive your
feedback, we will make the necessary changes, add the custom engraving, send
the invoice and ship it out.

Step 4

Once the Invoice has been paid, the gift will be shipped.

Most gifts can be created and shipped within 3-7 days depending upon the request.

Need something quickier? Just ask. A rush fee will be added to same day
gifts, if the items are not in stock.
